Summer

There's a variety of things to do in the mountains through summer, below is a selection of what I can help you out with. All led by Alex, your qualified and insured Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor. Technical kit provided for all activities. Pricing at the bottom of the page.

Skye Cuillin

From wandering into Coire Lagan to marvel at the incredible rock architecture, ticking off some scrambly Munros or taking them all on in a full traverse of the 12km Cuillin Ridge, I can offer you fun and safe days out in this beautiful mountain landscape.

Guided Climbing

Come and climb some of the best routes the country has to offer. There's classics to be done all over the Highlands, you've got big mountain routes, remote sea stacks around the coast and low level cragging with everything in between. Get in touch with a route and we'll make it happen!

Instructional Days

Learn the skills to climb safely. I offer tailored days for all levels, just let me know what you want to get out of it and we'll plan the day around your goals. From first steps in the outdoors to advanced self rescue techniques. Courses can be throughout Scotland, just ask!

Scrambling

The Scottish Highlands offer many awesome scrambling days out. Classic traverses such as An Teallach or Liathach, or shorter days out like Stac Pollaidh or Curved Ridge. I can provide all the kit needed and guide you on a fun day out.

Walking

Want to bag some Munros, explore some remote areas, or develop your skills to look after yourself in the mountains? Drop me a message to make a plan!
